Brief Biography

UMFK and its faculty helped prepare me for my career goals by being a university where I could be challenged to excel and not settle. I was taught both bench lab expertise and field expertise allowing me to have a variety of avenues to pursue after college. The experience presented through bioinformatics, working with PCR gels, and team-based class work helped me receive a job at Jackson Laboratories.
